MOORHEAD, Pamela Diane of Grosse Pointe Park, formerly of Saginaw, Our beloved wife, mother, daughter, sister and niece passed away on Wednesday, October 16, 2013 at Beaumont Hospital Grosse Pointe. She was 45 years old. Pamela D. Walton was born on May 26, 1968 in Saginaw to Alan and Nancy (Edmondson) Walton. She married the love of her life, Robert Moorhead on August 23, 1997 in Gaylord; he survives her. Pam was a proud graduate of Douglas MacArthur High School, class of 1986 and Albion College, class of 1990. She was a member of Alpha Chi Omega Sorority and Christ Church of Grosse Pointe. Pam enjoyed skiing and boating as well as volunteering at school for her children. Surviving are her husband, Robert Lee Moorhead; three children whom she adored: Blake Robert, Grant Cooper and Kendall Grace Moorhead; parents, Alan and Nancy Walton of Saginaw; sister, Melissa Anne Walton of Saginaw; aunts and uncles: Peter and Marcia Ramah, Thomas and Susan Galsterer and Frank and Mary Edmondson; cousins: Anne Norman, Amy Fulsher, Jill Galsterer, and Joseph Ramah; and Godchild, Sarah Ramah. Also surviving are many loving friends. She was preceded in death by her grandparents: Arlene Edmondson, Frank James Edmondson and Dr. Charles and Genevieve Walton. FUNERAL: A Funeral Service will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 19, 2013 at the Deisler Funeral Home, 2233 Hemmeter Rd. (off State). Rev. Dr. Robert L. Emrich will officiate. Burial will take place in Fairview Cemetery, Gaylord. VISITATION: Friends are welcome to visit at the funeral home on Saturday, October 19, 2013 from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service at 11:00 a.m. MEMORIALS: In lieu of flowers, those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to a charity of the donor's choice.
