AGNEW, Arlene A. of Saginaw, Michigan, passed away Tuesday, May 28, 2013 at Covenant Care-Cooper. She was 92 years old. Arlene A. Schrader was born May 24, 1921 in Reese, Michigan to the late Otto and Bessie (Cramer) Schrader. She married Gerald D. Agnew in 1948; he preceded her in death April 14, 1990. Arlene was a member of Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church. Arlene leaves to cherish her memory, son, Larry (Karen) Meacham; two daughters, Judy Jackson and Jeri Lynn (Michael) Kusowski; daughter-in-law, Catherine Agnew; 10 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; one great-great granddaughter; sister, Elsie Marion Alverson; and many other family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband of 42 years, Gerald; daughter, Wendy Sue Agnew; son, Bradley A. Agnew; and two brothers, Benjamin and Donald Schrader. FUNERAL: A Funeral Service will take place at 1:00 p.m., Friday, May 31, 2013 at Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church, 4690 Tittabawassee Road 48604. Mr. Joshua Scott will officiate with burial to follow in Blumfield Township Cemetery. VISITATION: Friends may call at the Deisler Funeral Home, 2233 Hemmeter Rd. (off State) on Thursday, May 30, 2013 from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m. Arlene will lie in state at the church on Friday, from 12:00 noon until the time of service at 1:00 p.m. MEMORIALS: In lieu of flowers, those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church. As much as we all know you are in a better place, our hearts are still heavy with you gone. You were superwoman. You always remembered everyone's birthdays and anniversaries. You cared and loved us ALL equally and always stayed up on what was going on in EVERYONEs life.
