Isidro Duran

DURAN, Isidro of Saginaw, formerly of Bay City passed away on Wednesday, April 3, 2013 at St. Mary's of Michigan Hospital. He was 76 years old. Isidro was born April 4, 1936 to the late Roman and Antonia (Hernandez) Duran in Lampazos DeNaranjo, Mexico. Isidro was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. He enjoyed fishing, church activities, but most of all loved his grandchildren. Surviving are his daughter, Sabrina Duran of Saginaw; 3 brothers: Jesus, Roman and Edward Duran; 2 sisters: Carmen Duran and Margarita Flores; two grandchildren: Meleena Jade and Anthony Paul Jr. Orozco. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews. Isidro was preceded in death by his parents. FUNERAL: Funeral Liturgy will take place 10:00 a.m. Friday, April 12, 2013 at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Rev. Fr. Francis Voris, O.F.M. Cap, will officiate. Cremation will follow the funeral liturgy. VISITATION: Friends are welcome to visit at the Deisler Funeral Home, 2233 Hemmeter Rd. (off State) on Thursday, April 11, 2013 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. A Vigil Service will take place on Thursday, April 11, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. led by members of St. Joseph Catholic Church.
