GWYN, Elizabeth A. of Saginaw, Michigan passed away on Thursday, February 28, 2013 at Genesys Health Park. She was 94 years old. Elizabeth A. Busch was born on March 17, 1918 in Saginaw, Michigan to the late John and Elizabeth Busch. She married Raymond Witbrodt, Sr.; he preceded her in death in 1959. She then married Frederick Gwyn; he preceded her in death in 1993. Elizabeth enjoyed dancing in her earlier years, silk flower arranging, and watching birds and butterflies. Surviving are two sons, Raymond, Jr. (Marilyn) Witbrodt of FL and Charles (Kristie Schmiege) Witbrodt of Flint; two daughters, Wendy Raleigh of West Bloomfield and Betty "Suzi" (Lynn) Bienhoff of Battle Creek; 8 grandchildren, Gerri Rae, Sherri, Cynthia Lynn, Diane Kay, Jason, Justin, Karlie, and Colin; 11 great grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren; and sister, Rosaleen (Clarence) Herbin of Saginaw. She was preceded in death by her parents; first husband, Raymond Witbrodt, Sr.; second husband, Frederick Gwyn; four brothers, Anthony, Joseph, John, and Frank; and two sisters, Ann and Julia. FUNERAL: Funeral Services will take place at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 3, 2013 at Deisler Funeral Home, 2233 Hemmeter (off State). Rev. Fr. John R. Johnson will officiate. Entombment at St. Andrew Cemetery will follow. VISITATION: Family and friends are welcome to visit at funeral home on Sunday from 1:00 p.m. until the time of service at 3:00 p.m. MEMORIALS: Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to Alzheimer's Association or St. Peter and Paul Catholic Church.
