We will always remember Elda who was a very special part of our childhood lives and a special neighbor and friend of our family on Schemm street. We have such fond memories of her cookies and her kindness. It was such a pleasure to reconnect with her during our parent's senior years and enjoyed our conversations with her. I was so sorry to hear of Elda's passing and also that I could not make it to the funeral. It was my pleasure to know her and also be one of her therapist's here at Hoyt these last few years. She was one of the kindest women I have ever known. I am thankful she is no longer suffering, but will miss seeing her smiling face and chatting with her around the building.
