Jane Armstrong

ARMSTRONG, Jane of Saginaw, Michigan passed away on Thursday, November 15, 2012 at Saginaw Senior Care and Rehab Center. She was 92 years old. Jane Burandt was born on January 8, 1920 in Muskegon Heights to the late Otto and Mary (Hallahan) Burandt. She married William Armstrong on December 27, 1982; he preceded her in death on June 15, 2005. Jane was a faithful member of Holy Spirit Catholic Church. She was employed as an executive secretary at First Savings and Loan, later known as Great Lakes Federal Bank. She enjoyed baking, cooking, and loved spending time with her family. Surviving are two sons and a daughter: Vernon (Suzanne) Beebe of Livingston, TX, Susan St. Laurent of Freeland, Daniel (Sharron) Beebe of Bay City; six grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren. Also surviving are many extended family members and friends. FUNERAL: A Funeral Liturgy honoring Jane will take place at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 17, 2012 at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, 1035 N. River Rd. Rev. Fr. David L. Parsch will officiate. Honoring Jane's wishes cremation has taken place. VISITATION: Friends are welcome to visit with the family at the church on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of Mass.
