Howard Ormes

ORMES, Howard "Howie" J. of Carrollton, Michigan, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, August 6, 2012. He was 45 years old. Howard J. Ormes was born on April 3, 1967 in Saginaw, to Howard Bronson Ormes and Janice Meredith Artcliff. Howie was a life-long truck driver, retiring in 2008 after many years of dedicated service throughout the community. He enjoyed going fishing and loved spending time with his sister, Heather. He will be deeply missed by his mother, Janice and Robert Hair of Frankenmuth; two beloved daughters: Anna and Allison Ormes; his best friend and sister, Heather Buckelew of Frankenmuth; two cherished sisters and three brothers: Sherry Hair of TN, Robert Hair of CA, Bobbi Jo Ormes of St. Johns, MI, Christopher Ormes of Chesaning, MI, and James and Katie Hair. Also surviving are many special nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, former Chief of Police in Chesaning, Howard Bronson Ormes. FUNERAL: A memorial gathering honoring Howie will take place at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 12, 2012, at the Carrollton Bar, 3461 Carrollton Rd.
