OLIVER, Robert R. "Bob" of Saginaw, Michigan passed away on Saturday, June 16, 2012 at Magnum Health and Rehab of Saginaw. He was 58 years of age. Robert Reed Oliver was born on November 25, 1953 in Saginaw, Michigan to Robert and Ruth (Pine) Oliver. Bob proudly served in the US Navy. He loved fishing. Bob's life revolved around his family. Surviving are his mother, Ruth Miller; three daughters, Amy (Justin) Scott, Lori (Rob) Watters and Whitney Oliver; a son, Todd (Ginger) Oliver; five grandchildren, Kayla, Alex, Chloe, Parker, Mason and another one on the way; four brothers and four sisters, Jim (Laura) Oliver, Matt (Carol) Oliver, Mark Oliver, Kim Schlieger, Bobby (Laura) Neiderstat, Kim (Tom) Knoll, Lisa (Robert) Barnette, Jill Erickson, a step-mother; Marlene Oliver. Also surviving are many extended family. Bob was preceded in death by his father, Robert Oliver and a sister, Connie Oliver FUNERAL- Bob's Memorial Service will be take place at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 23, 2012 at Deisler Funeral Home, 2233 Hemmeter Rd (Off State). Pastor Kenneth Parker will officiate. According to Bob's wishes, cremation has taken place. VISITATION- Friends are welcome to visit with Bob's family at Deisler Funeral Home on Saturday, June 23, 2012 from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the 1:00 p.m. service. MILITARY: Military Services will be conducted under the auspices of VFW Post #1859.
