Noreen Cummings Kajaria

Noreen Cummings Kajaria passed away on March 5, 2026, at the age of 90 years.

She was the daughter of William and Beldora (Beggs) Mckoy, and was born January 13,1936, in Georgetown, Guyana, South America.

Noreen was a faithful Catholic who enjoyed gardening and knitting. She also appreciated style and fashion, and enjoyed traveling through Europe. She retired from St Mary’s Hospital in 2000, after proudly being an employee for 24 years.

Noreen is survived by her loving children, Terrence (Patrica) Cummings, Jeanann (Paul) Osborn, Wayne (Sheree) Cummings, Dion Cummings PhD (Pamela Allen-Cummings), Marcia (Musgrave) Herod, and Allison ( Paul) Therrassant. She is also survived by her brothers Nicholas Mckoy (UK-Nicholas, Jennifer and Robert), Alvin Mckoy (Canada). Her Grand Children: Shontae Osborn, Adrian Cummings, Donelle Cummings MD MBA, Dustin Cummings MD MPH, Allisar Herod, Troy Herod, Kasey Herod, Alana Therrassant. Great Grand Children: Caden Osborn, Amare Osborn, Erin Smith, Melody Herod and Troy Herod Jr.

Noreen will also be greatly missed by her extended relatives and loved ones in the Mckoy, Dover, Chung, Griffith, and Brummel Families.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and her siblings Simon Mckoy and Elfrida Craigen.

Visitation will take place on Thursday March 19, 2026 from 10:00 a.m. until time of the time of the Funeral Service at 11:00 a.m. at Deisler Funeral Home, 2233 Hemmeter Road, Saginaw, Michigan 48603. Rev. Fr Tom McNamara will officiate.
