Cindy Marie Phillips, age 60, of Saginaw, passed away on Thursday, September 24, 2026, in Saginaw. The daughter of Rosario Bouchard and Joyce Owensby, Cindy was born January 10, 1966, in Saginaw, Michigan.
Cindy is survived by her children, Nicole (Mario Jr.) Bargas, Ashley (Kevin) Bosley, and Eric Phillips; grandchildren, Jordan Bargas, Joshua Bargas, Kevin Bosley, Jr., Jordan Bosley, Dakota Bosley, Bentley Batcke, and Hudson Phillips; mother, Joyce (Tom) Kelly; and brother, Tim Bouchard. She was preceded in death by her father, Rosario Bouchard, and her siblings, Cheryl Sage, Rosario Bouchard, and Greg Owensby.
Honoring Cindy’s wishes, cremation has taken place and no services are planned at this time.
