Joanne Ward

Remembering the mom who gave me my first driving lessons on the roads near Harbor Springs where my sister and I spent some weeks during several summers when I was young. I dare say she possibly regretted it later when she caught me driving my parents car before I got my drivers license. Those summers on Lake Michigan are a good memory. Joanne was a good friend to our family one street over from Forsythe on Dirker Rd. My condolences Jane; it's been a long time...Luv, K

Joanne was like a river, always true to herself, she would bend as needed but was snappy at times, but calm and gentle the rest of the time Joanne taught me peace, humbleness and it’s okay. I miss her already
