Roberto Campos

Campos, Roberto C. "Mouse" Saginaw, Michigan Passed away peacefully at St. Mary's of Michigan surrounded by his family. He was 69 years old. Roberto C. Campos was born on June 1, 1948 in Unionville, Michigan to the late Juan M. and Maria Campos. He graduated from Arthur Hill Tech and then attended Delta College. Mouse proudly served his country with the U.S. Army, 101st Screaming Eagles, #1327 Tigerforce during the Vietnam War, and was honored with a Purple Heart. When he returned home he met the love of his life, Adelita C. Reyes and they were married on December 29, 1971. Mouse was an EMT with the Rescue Squad and then was a firemen with the City of Saginaw Fire Department, retiring in 1995. He loved to travel with his wife, spend time with his family, golf and fish. Mouse will be deeply missed by his wife of 46 years, Adelita; his sons: Roberto M. (Cristina) Campos, John M. Campos, V. Angelo Campos and Alejandro J. Campos; ten grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; two sisters and one brother: Juanita Botello, Damiana "Helen" (Juan Sr.) Rosas and John (Maria) Campos. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family. FUNERAL: A funeral service for Roberto will be held at 11:30 a.m. Saturday, December 23, 2017 at the Deisler Funeral Home, 2233 Hemmeter Rd. (off State). Rev. Fr. Steven M. Gavit will officiate. Military honors under the auspices of the U.S. Army and American Legion Post #439 will follow the funeral service at the funeral home. VISITATION: Family and friends are welcome to visit at the funeral home on Saturday, December 23, 2017 from 10:30 a.m. until the time of service. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Deisler Funeral Home, 2233 Hemmeter Rd. (off State).
