I am saddened to hear of the passing of Campos. I am Lew Legat and served with "Mouse" in Vietnam as members of Tiger Force, 1/327 INF, 101st Airborne Division. I remember Mouse being a cheerful young man, always full of fun, resourceful and a quality soldier. I think he mostly served with the machine gun crew and carried a sawed off shotgun as a side arm, and of course that signature umbrella. I met Mouse at one of our army reunions and again we both attended the John Gersch Memorial in PA about 1999. I can assure you that he is well remembered within the Tiger Force community. Again, sorry to hear of his passing, a good man that one.
