Arthur Soto

Art never stopped moving! I loved his visits to Sacto - always accomplishing something and so happy to meet-and-greet all of Cathy and Dan's friends. He was so fun and friendly. Clay and I will miss him.

He was such a sweet spirit. In Germany our dads were stationed there and his sister Maria is one of my oldest and dearest friends. My prayers for your family. A sweet sweet spirit!!!
