When she married my cousin Jim Feeheley, we became more than good friends: we became family. Joyce was one of those rare people who always did the right thing, played by the rules, and would not think of telling a little white lie. Joyce always had a smile on her face and a good word for everybody. I never once heard her speak disparagingly of another person. She has been a good friend for seventy or so years. She was always thinking of family and including everyone.
