Gary was an awesome man. I worked with him at St. Mary's and also knew him through my brother-in-law Rick Preston. My prayers go out to him family.

It was my privilege to know Gary, not only through working with him at St Mary's, but also serving with him on the Board of Directors of the Saginaw County Veterans Memorial Plaza. I've spent many hours in Gary's company. He was a huge asset to the Plaza. Gary was a man of action, but he also was a pleasure to talk with. He will be sorely missed.
