Laurie LaFountaine

I met Laurie in the 5th grade at Mackinaw Middle and she continued being a friend through adulthood. Laurie was kind, sweet and loyal, and her passing is a great loss to us.

I was so sorry to hear of Laurie’s passing this morning. We had lots of good times together at work at Saginaw Steering Gear and outside of work. We loved heading out for lunch from SSG and she especially loved getting Frankenmuth chicken from the Bridgeport location. I so glad that i had a nice visit with her in May while I was in Michigan. She seemed very happy and was feeling better. She will surely be missed. She always called me Joan N and I called her Laurie La. So Laurie La…I love you and will miss you until we meet again. ❤️🙏🏻
